05.28 Motion Self-Portrait Project

John and Neil introduce the Motion Self-Portrait Project... based on John's 2006 short film Motion Portrait, which documented friends and family in slow motion, 16mm film portraits. This time, though, Yost asks friends and family to direct him, offering self-portrait suggestions ranging from dancing alone in the woods to swimming in an ice-cold mountain lake. As part of the project, John invites everyone out there to send him more self-portrait ideas... you just might get to direct the Director yourself.
